Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom and the United States. Please note that we only ship to physical addresses and do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in China Hong Kong. We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days. This method is trackable and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time:
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Ochrone.life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team for return instructions.
